Ginkgo Gardens Designs Stylish Garden and Roof Terrace for new development in Notting Hill

Leading garden landscapers, Ginkgo Gardens, have recently finished two stunning gardens in a three-storey, terraced London townhouse developed by Alchemi.  Starting with the courtyard on the lower ground floor, the team transformed the space into an attractive patio with custom made boxes filled with exotic, colourful plants, full green wall installations and designer floor tiles. With a brief to create something spectacular whilst not too formal, Ginkgo succeeded in creating a gorgeous seasonal garden which is illuminated by winter light, richly green and lush during the Summer and provides striking orange hues in Autumn. Ginkgo sourced beautiful trompe d’oeil trellis’ which sit above the box plants, reflecting the light and giving the illusion of more space – an incredibly clever way of making the most out of a small urban garden.

The roof terrace is equally stunning with the same designer flooring and luscious plants. Along the walls Ginkgo has planted Trachleyospermum Jasminoides which will produce clusters of fragrant pure white flowers when in bloom creating a place of tranquillity and escape from the busy streets of London below.

See Ginkgo’s plans below along with images of the finished gardens.
