Our range of hand-finished ‘Wimbledon’ garden furniture is a huge success, accompanied by a feast of strawberries in all shapes and sizes!

A browse at Ginkgo accompanied by some treats in the Café is a chance to wallow in classic English summer pursuits, with the retro style ‘Wimbledon’ range creating an ambience reminiscent of cricket pavilions, bowling greens, tea rooms and Morris Minors. For gardeners there is a vast range of plants, and Café Ginkgo’s chef is creating some delectable and unusual dishes.

‘Wimbledon’ Furniture: this folding garden furniture in traditional green is our best-selling range this summer. Designed to imitate wood, each piece is in fact metal, rubbed down by hand to give a distinctive aged effect. The result is weather resistant and low maintenance (a few drops of oil before folding for winter storage) and should last a lifetime; it’s state-of-the art yet has a genuinely weathered look and great vintage charm. We have many more pieces from the range at Ginkgo Garden Centre including garden benches, round and oblong tables, a garden arch and garden mirrors.

Our customers frequently ask us where we source our bread, our fluffy cupcakes and squidgy brownies. Our supplier is the wonderful Crazy Baker in West London, whose artisan bread is made with organic flours. Their sourdough toasted and served with butter and preserves is a heavenly treat any time of day at the Café.
